Location was close to the station
The flat us basement flat and nit advertised clearly. Bathroom smelt and no air freshener in the apartment. Asked the staff for extra towels and they told us to wash ours. Only left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 9 nights stay between 2 people. It's an apartment where the bathroom/toilet is separate and the other room has kitchen bed and lounge. Very misleading and no ventilation

Exceptional
it was a smal flat but had everything one may need. Very cosy and comfortable 10 mints walk from brompton 15 from earls court metro.
would have liked more towels but apparently they use a company for towels and had to pay 18 pounds more if I wanted more????.
